Most audio practices in the vault range from 1.5 to 4 minutes. You don't need to sit still or empty your mind. Many of the practices involve movement, breath, or simple body awareness. There is also a dedicated guide for ADHD and busy minds included in Tier 3.

Meditation apps offer general relaxation tools and longer meditations. How do I access my purchase materials?

Tier 1 materials are delivered directly to your email as a PDF and with google drive link. Tier 2 and Tier 3 buyers receive access to their modules where all audio practices and workbooks are available to download directly to your device.

What if I buy Tier 1 and want to upgrade later?

You can purchase a higher tier at any time. Please note that previous purchases do not count as credit toward an upgrade. Each tier is priced as a complete standalone purchase. Is there a refund policy?
